In the meantime, 50 employees work for the company in the fields of construction, programming, control technology, mechanical manufacturing. electrical installation and administration.
In addition to the automotive field, the customer base also includes the plastics- glass. and ceramics industries, and the aluminium processing industry.
From the first minute of our partnership, we work with you on your technically realisable concept as tailored to your special application. We are your competent partner, beginning at the planning stage, for project development and construction and up to production and programming, as well as assembly and start up at your facility. To the extent technically feasible, every machine is developed entirely individually, constructed and manufactured per your wishes and expectations. The Company History
1995 Founding year
Graduate Engineer (FH) Uwe Neubauer founded the company in 1995 in Upper Frankonia as a one-man operation. Among the first fields of assignment were the development, construction and production of handling systems for the local glass industry. The assortment of products offered expanded quickly as time went on. Assembly mechanisms, manual workplaces and handling systems for the auto industry were added.
2003 The move to Sonnenberg
The manufacturing facilities available in Kehlbach were no longer adequate to meeting the needs of a continually increasing volume of orders. With that, in 2003 the production location moved to neighbouring Thüringen, in the toy town of Sonnenberg. The office- and production facilities available there also made the development and production of larger, more complex machines and systems possible.
2009 Expansion
Because the customer base, the associated industrial sectors and thus also the number of employees grew continually, a further move was required in 2009. The demand for large systems and complete production lines in the meantime continued to grow and, after the move, these became realisable as a result of a manufacturing area of more than 600 square meters. Not infrequently, systems with a base area of up to 10 x 20 meters were produced and placed into operation.
2013 New construction in Sonneberg-Föritz
After another five years, the cornerstone was laid for a completely new manufacturing facility in the commercial area of Sonnenberg-Föritz and the finished rooms were moved into at the start of 2014. The “Weißer Rangen 29” production facility in Sonnenberg was thus entirely abandoned. The approximately 2500 m² office- and production areas that became available at the current location provide the optimal prerequisites for the manufacture of special machines. A further expansion in coming years may also take place.
