Our Services in Overview
As your strong partner in performance, we advise you from the idea phase to implementation in the area of special machine manufacture and complete product lines. We offer high-tech solutions for various application requirements and provide support in developing your projects, from planing to start-up. Benefit from our industry-specific know-how and our versatility.
Planning phase
We engage the knowledge of our experts as early as the planning phase. We develop various suggestions for solutions based on jointly created requirements- and product specifications and set up a detailed tender as well as a possible design. Our broad spectrum extends from assembly automation and special solutions to complete production lines. The actual development and construction of the machine take place following construction release by the customer.
Production
Our production location in Föritz, with a facility width of 32 m and a 48 m length, provides a useable production area of over 1,500 m² that is available for the assembly of machines. We almost exclusively produce special machines that adapted precisely to customer wishes.
Delivery
Beyond manufacturing and contingent on previous agreement, we assemble systems on site, domestically as well as abroad. The scope of services normally includes system set-up and start-up. Our specialists will support you in this process until the system functions entirely error-free.
Start-up
During start-up for machines and systems, we make sure that all operating and trouble shooting options have been exhausted from the start. Operating and maintenance staff are instructed and trained. In addition to that, program procedures can be changed and optimised during this phase. We make reliable control and flexible adaptation possible for you through the use of new technologies such as camera inspection systems.
Service and Maintenance
Our experts and their know-how are available, should an operational problem actually arise. Remote servicing, which we provide optionally, lets us carry out malfunction analyses worldwide in a timely manner, quickly and effectively, also including small programming changes. To the extent possible, we keep the appropriate spare parts on hand to assure the servicing of systems of all types of construction.
