Likewise, the subsequent assembly and start-up in Mamming took place in routine and frictionless fashion, just as did deployment abroad at our new production facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin USA. The Neubauer company staff showed particular flexibility on site and at headquarters during start-up, programming expansion and optimisation of the systems in the USA, because this, due to the time difference, could be carried out only after business hours. The remote maintenance by the Neubauer company proved very helpful, that is, indispensable. I would also describe the after-sales care as exemplary.
